What counts as an "active order"?
Any order not in COMPLETED or CANCELLED status. Once an order is completed or cancelled, it no longer counts toward your limit.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you get immediate access to new features.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes — annual billing saves you 2 months of fees per year compared to monthly billing.
What payment methods are accepted?
UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking via Razorpay. For custom plans, we also support bank transfers.
Is my data safe?
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Files are stored on Cloudflare R2 with zero-egress fees. The platform runs on Railway with daily automated backups.
